How do I use this page?

How do I use the shop?

You can access the products on sale either by clicking on the icons that appear at the store front or by the MiroMart menu on the left. You can always return to the store front by clicking on SHOP on the top menu bar. To avoid our e-mails ending up in your junk box make sure you add us to your address book. |
Your shop doesn't work
|
Our shop is tested on IE 7, IE 8, Safari, Firefox, and Google Chrome, both on PC and Mac platforms. If you are having technical problems, this is quite likely to be caused by your browser being set not to accept cookies and /or java script not being enabled. To hear the music previews, you need the latest flash plug-in for your browser. |
Do I have to register to shop?

No. You do not need to register for an account to shop with us. However, you do have an option to register. Registering with us means that you do not have to fill the same information every time you purchase from us.This 'account' does not refer to any kind of financial transaction but simply keeps your details so that you can view your orders on our site or update your details. |
Do paulmiro.com and MiroMart use the same registration details?

No. The main Paul Miro site and MiroMart run on separate sites and servers. The membership at paulmiro.com allows you to have access to some goodies and the option to join the mailing list for updates on all of Paul's activities. Registering at MiroMart allows us to provide you a better service and you to enjoy a better shopping experience. |
Return Policy

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for digital content where the item has been downloaded. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for signed discs and we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is defective. |

How many times can I download?

You can download your digital purchases up to three times within the period of 5 days (120 hrs) after your first download. |
Where do you deliver and how?
|
We ship our Audio and Data discs to UK, EU, Mainland Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Please note that any import duties or local taxes that might be charged by the destination country is your responsibility. All our discs are sent in padded envelopes. In UK we use Royal Mail delivery 1st class post and for overseas we use Royal Mail Airmail. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Please allow 4 to7 working days for UK and up to 28 days for international deliveries. |
What format and quality are the songs?

All our digital products for downloading or on data discs are full 320Kb/s mp3s, meaning you can listen to them on your computer or rip them to full quality audio CDs. All our Audio CDs are commercially produced with a card sleeve and shrink-wrapping. |
Do you only accept PayPal? How about credit cards?
|
We use PayPal payment gateway. Once you've checked out from our site you can use your Paypal account, or any other payment method that might be available from PayPal secure site. This way you can be sure that your payment is processed securely and no financial information is received or stored by us. |

After your payment of our fees for Digital Content, you have the right to use the Digital Content for your personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to and in accordance with the Terms of Use. You may copy, store, transfer and burn the Digital Content only for your personal and non-commercial use. Data Discs As above sections 1, 2, 3. 4. Please refer to our return policy. 1. Rights Granted. After your payment of our fees for Audio Discs, you have the right to use them for your personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to and in accordance with the Terms of Use. You may copy, store and transfer its content only for your personal and non-commercial use, such as for your computer or mp3 player. |
